RENT SCHEDULE

Rental Schedule includes normal meeting or dining room set-up.

Price will be quoted for special set-ups

The organ in the auditorium is available at the rate of $300.00 per day. Prior approval must be given before rental. The pianos in the auditorium and ballroom are available at the rate of $200.00 per day. Tuning will be at the expense of the lessee.

Use of STAGE for rehearsal (3 hours or less) – $400.00. (Providing rehearsal does not interfere with other rentals.)

Rental of all rooms begin the day they are occupied by person or persons, or equipment. THE USE OF ANY OF THE FACILITIES AFTER 12:00 MIDNIGHT WILL BE CHARGED AT THE RATE OF $300.00 PER ADDITIONAL HOUR.

Auditorium includes - Use of the Stage, Dressing Rooms, Available Sound Equipment and Lightboard. Necessary Stage Hands, Stage Lightboard Operator and Sound Technician must be arraigned for through Lessor. When union Stage Hands are used, our “Standby Man” must be employed at the rate of $12.50 per hour, with a minimum of $50.00 per Matinee or Evening. When Sound Equipment is used, our Sound Technician must be employed at the rate of $12.50 per hour, with a minimum of $50.00 per Matinee or Evening. Stage Drops are available at the rate of $50.00 per day per drop.

Facility maintenance employee – Rental of any or all of the facility will necessitate the use of, at least, one maintenance employee. The cost of their employment for the event will be billed at $18.00 per hour to the Lessee.

Special electrical receptacles, extensions or outlets, to be arranged for through lessor, at lessee expense.

Check-Rooms & Refreshment Privileges must be arranged with Lessor.

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED

CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE NECESSARY
